During an initial consultation, Decor Decorum will view and photograph the property’s interior.  Decor Decorum, client and/or Realtor will discuss the property’s needs to make the property appeal to the largest market possible. A customized room-by-room Recommendations List with estimates will be provided. --$325

Occupied Enhancement-

Decor Decorum offers Occupied Enhancement for home sellers who just need re-arranging. Decor Decorum will rearrange the client’s accessories and furniture to transform the property to appeal to the widest market possible.  Photographs will be provided to the real estate agent for marketing purposes.--$950 for 1/2 day $1450 for full day

Vacant Home Staging-

A vacant property benefits greatly from staging because, believe it or not, most buyers cannot visualize what the possibilities are for an empty room.  So even if the house is perfect in every way, an empty house just doesn’t feel like “home”—and home buying is as much an emotional decision as it is a business decision.  Photographs will be provided to the real estate agent for marketing purposes. --Starting at $1450 +Accessory usage and/or furniture rental fee*

Initial Design Consultation-

This service is for clients looking to define the scope of their project. Decor Decorum will discuss options for furniture placement, paint colors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, flooring etc. While carefully listening to the client’s needs and goals, Decor Decorum will offer suggestions to create the desired result. Decor Decorum will provide a written report of project goals and suggestions for the client to follow. --$325

Hourly Fee

This service is for clients who have had an Initial Design Consultation and would like follow-up advice, would like Decor Decorum to research items or shop for items. Decor Decorum will work with the client to create a warm and inviting home. Working from a detailed plan and shopping carefully, Decor Decorum will transform your home into a welcoming, peaceful place, you can enjoy. --Hourly fee $175

Interior Re-Design-

Full scale interior remodeling, including bathroom, kitchen, office and basement remodeling.  All projects are client specific and priced accordingly.  This service can be used to prepare a home for sale or to enhance your home to reflect your lifestyle. --Project Design fee Starting at $4500

Furniture and accessory rental requires a 3 month minimum rental.
